Contact
Email support@birdlab.net with the app/Android version and a short description. Avoid private photos and unnecessary facial data.
No face detected
Try a clear, well-lit and unobstructed portrait. Whole-image color and framing tools remain available.
Drafts and photos
Drafts are private working copies; exports are separate media-library files. Birdlab cannot recover drafts removed by app-data deletion or uninstall.
Privacy choices
Open Settings. Google UMP privacy options appear when required. Android also provides app-data and advertising-ID controls.
