Use images you own or have permission to edit and share. You retain your content rights. Mellua grants no rights to another person’s likeness, trademark or copyrighted work.

Responsible use

Do not use edits for unlawful deception, harassment or rights violations. These are creative tools, not medical advice, identification or a measure of appearance or personal worth.

Availability

Keep separate copies of important photos. Draft deletion, clearing data or uninstall can remove local work. Features depend on device capability and image quality. Advertising and third-party availability can change.

Third parties

Google, Cloudflare and sharing recipients have their own terms and privacy practices. Contact support@birdlab.net. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights.
